Kelly A. Brooks, Attorney at Law
About Us
Kelly graduated from California State University, Stanislaus
in 1997, with a B.A. in criminal justice and a minor in political science. Kelly then attended Santa Clara
University School of Law, receiving her law degree in May 2000. Kelly began practicing law in December 2000
after passing the bar exam.
Kelly started her career at a small criminal defense firm in San Jose, primarily defending theft, domestic violence,
and drug cases. In 2004, Kelly transferred to the civil side of the firm, focusing her practice on personal injury and
employee rights, including sexual harassment and employment discrimination.
In October 2005, Kelly ventured out on her own and the Law Office of Kelly A. Brooks was born.
Our Business
The Law Office of Kelly A. Brooks was established in 2005 after Kelly worked for five years in private practice. Kelly realized that as a sole practitioner, she could provide the same quality of representation with a much more personal touch. Because Kelly is a sole practitioner, you will work directly with her at all times.
