of Kelly's career, she practiced exclusively criminal defense for a large local firm. Though
focused on domestic violence, DUI, and theft offenses (ranging from minor to very serious)
she was fortunate to have exposure to criminal defense cases across the board. She has
negotiated hundreds of successful plea bargains with District Attorneys, and her positive
relationships with the DA's help to positively resolve the cases against her clients.
Further, her extensive experience in analyzing police reports and her positive relationships
with law enforcement have also aided in resolution for her client.
Finally, Kelly
has tried seven jury trials to resolution, and is experienced and comfortable in front of a jury.
